Wayne practices in the fields of real estate transactions, land development, corporate, commercial and business affairs, estate planning, and estate administration. His clients include large corporations, small family businesses groups and individuals. He has a broad range of experience in personal and commercial real estate transactions, incorporations, mergers, acquisitions, corporate financing, employment law, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Guardianships and estate administration and litigation.
Wayne is active in a number of community and legal organizations. He is a Past President and a current Director of Gyro International; former Director of the Kiwanis Club of Waterloo North; member of the Waterloo-Wellington Estate Planning Council, the KW Businessmen's Association and Estate Practitioners of Waterloo Region. He is a Trustee of the Waterloo Law Association and a member of both the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations.
Wayne really enjoys a good game of golf.
